Field Sales Representative – Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Area

Requirements

  • You must have resided in Oklahoma City/Tulsa OK area for at least one year.
  • A minimum of one year of previous sales experience.
  • A proven track record of success.
  • A valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
  • Be willing to travel in and around OKC and TUL, along the I-44 corridor, to spend a minimum of 10 days each month visiting customers face-to-face.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Tech knowledge and prior experience with CRMs are a plus
  • Experience in the Sports Field Industry is ideal but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Building new relationships and growing existing ones, generating new business, connecting with prospects, and closing deals while using a proven and successful sales process.
  • Make face–to–face sales calls in and around Oklahoma City to Tulsa along the I-44 corridor for a minimum of 10 days each month.
  • Work from home, making sales calls over the phone to Oklahoma, West Texas, New Mexico, and Eastern Arizona.

Purchasing Assistant

Location: Cleveland, OH

Description: Pioneer Athletics seeks a full-time, a highly motivated candidate to serve as a Purchasing Assistant at its manufacturing plant located on the West Side of Cleveland. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Purchasing department and will be responsible for sourcing athletic goods, services and equipment. Expediting, reviewing vendor and inventory reports, working with vendors on pricing, lead times, freight terms and maintaining standardized business inventory levels.

Requirements

  • 1 year of purchasing experience.
  • High School Education, some college preferred.
  • Detail oriented with strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
  • MS Office skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Compile requests for materials and prepare purchase orders.
  • Keep track of purchases and supplies, and handle inquiries about orders.
  • Gather information and records to create purchase orders for procurement of materials and services.
  • Ensures timely delivery of goods and specifications are met.
  • Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.

HR Assistant – Part Time

Location: Cleveland, OH

Description: Pioneer Athletics seeks a part-time, highly motivated HR Assistant at its manufacturing plant located on the West Side of Cleveland. In this role, the successful candidate will perform administrative tasks and services to support the effective and efficient operations of the human resource department. This is a part-time position that could lead to full-time in the future.

Requirements

Warehouse Position

Location: Cleveland, OH

Description: Pioneer Athletics seeks a full-time Warehouse Associate to work in the shipping department at our manufacturing plant located on the West Side of Cleveland.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to lift 70+ pounds
  • Experience operating tow motor or cherry picker or ability to become certified
  • Ability to communicate in written and spoken English

Responsibilities:

  • Pick ordered items from warehouse shelves
  • Operate label printing stations for UPS and FedX

Field Sales Department

Field Sales Representatives are responsible for the sales activity between the customer, possible prospects and existing customers in their assigned territories. Customer Service

This position sources athletic goods, services and equipment for Pioneer.
