A little bit more about our guest:
Wayne Ward is the Race Track Business Manager for Pioneer Athletics. He joined the Pioneer team after 30 years with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Ward is a trailblazer in the turf industry and helped establish many of the cultural best practices our industry uses today. He is a proud husband, father and granddad and lives in Southern Georgia with his wife, Lisa.
