Pioneer Athletics: Field Sales - Job Requirements

Field Sales Job Requirements

Candidate must have a minimum of one year sales experience in the field, with knowledge in account development, account maintenance and product programs.

Applicants with a minimum of two years experience as a college or high school athletic director with recruiting and/or fund raising experience or a background in military recruiting will also be considered.

Due to some physical aspects, Field Sales Representatives must:

• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Climb ladders and stand in places high off the ground, such as; roofs, bleachers and press boxes
• Stand for long periods of time
• Have reliable transportation
