We are in the busiest part of our year right now! Orders are coming in fast and furious and products are shipping out the door as quickly as ever. Our custom color group is doing an amazing job keeping up with the wide variety of colors in many different products. Our paint production crew has been doing a phenomenal job! The building addition that we put on several years ago to increase our production capacity and increase our quality control has been critical.

The challenge during this part of the year is making time to conduct testing at the University of Pioneer. Currently, we are testing a wide variety of synthetic turf aerosol products for durability and removability during the heat of the summer. Our research team has tested hundreds of varieties of aerosol chalk formulations to find one that rinses off all types of synthetic turf with no staining and no residue. (We have found that almost all aerosol chalks can stain light colored synthetic turf).

In addition, we are testing a variety of potential improvements in our grass paints. I am excited about what we are learning. More importantly, I am excited about the opportunity to develop products that will help our customers save time and money.
